Villain's Lair or Hero's Domain Modeling
I started by creating objects based on my asset list and placing them in my scene file according to my plans. I combined objects and grouped them to make texturing and shading easier. I was required to have a minimum of 8 different objects for my environment, not including the sky or ground, and I could duplicate or deform/change them during the modeling process. I decorated with the camera in mind.
Character Design
For this project, we were required to design and model a character's head. The character design was supposed to be inspired by Monster's Inc. or Zootopia. My task was to create only the head and neck (with shoulders optional) while incorporating accessories that matched the character's personality or career.
I took inspiration from animals or fictional creatures with interesting details, textures, forms, and proportions. To add diversity to my design, I chose two very different animals. I conducted thorough research by studying photo references for these.
